Who you are agreeing with
MSRX StoryQuest is operated by Mrinal Singh Raja, an individual, publishing under the name "MSRX". MSRX is a brand name, not a registered company, and nothing here should be read as implying a company behind it. In these terms "we", "us" and "MSRX" mean Mrinal Singh Raja; "you" means the person using StoryQuest. Written notice reaches us at mrinalsinghraja@gmail.com.
Using StoryQuest
You may use StoryQuest for personal, classroom, and non-commercial educational exploration. Please use the mission content responsibly and respectfully.
Educational content
StoryQuest provides interactive conceptual practice. It is not professional scientific, medical, legal, safety, or emergency advice.
Availability
We aim to keep the experience available and reliable, but features, mission content, and access may change as the product evolves.
Intellectual property
The StoryQuest interface, mission writing, visual systems, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Do not copy, republish, or resell material without permission.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the service, bypass security controls, scrape protected resources, or use StoryQuest in a way that harms people or systems.
The story is written by a model; the physics is not
Each mission is solved from a real equation in code, and the answer, the tolerance and the control are never generated. The narrative wrapped around them is written by a large language model, and a model can misdescribe a situation or introduce a detail the equation does not support. If the story and the numbers ever disagree, the numbers are right. Nothing here is professional scientific, medical, safety or engineering advice.
No warranty, and the limit of what we owe
StoryQuest is free and is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, nor for lost progress or any examination outcome, arising from your use of it. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, our total aggregate liability for all claims is limited to one thousand Indian rupees (₹1,000). Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded under Indian law.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them. If you use StoryQuest as a consumer elsewhere, this does not remove rights your local law gives you that cannot be removed by agreement. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.
Grievances
Questions and complaints, including any grievance under India's Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, go to mrinalsinghraja@gmail.com. We aim to acknowledge within 24 hours and resolve within 15 days.
Changes
By continuing to use StoryQuest after an update to these terms, you accept the revised terms. This page describes how the product actually works, in plain language; it is not legal advice and has not been reviewed by a lawyer.
